Corey Shader’s passion for fitness was sparked in high school, inspired by a coach who taught him the value of discipline and steady progress. After overcoming a minor knee injury, Corey became deeply invested in proper conditioning and recovery techniques, which now shape his training approach.
Beyond the gym, Corey Shader enjoys strength training, boxing, outdoor workouts, and meal prepping.
